Grants issued by The Montserrat Foundation

The Foundation is pleased to announce that it awarded a series of grants from 2017
through to 2024 totalling $24,500.00EC towards projects and organisations in
Montserrat.
The grants provided assistance and support towards furthering the objectives of
qualifying organisations in the voluntary and community sector.
The organisations which received the grants included:
- the Brades Pentecostal Church and the University of the West Indies Open
Campus in 2017 - the St. James Anglican Church in 2021
- the Montserrat National Trust and the Davy Hill Action Group in 2022
- the Bethany Methodist Church in this current year of 2024
The Foundation regularly considers applications for grants once received.
The Foundation receives its funding from donations, which are used to provide
grants in accordance with its mandate to provide assistance for:
- charitable,
- religious,
- scientific,
- educational,
- literary,
- public safety campaigns,
- fostering sports developments,
- preventing cruelty to children or the elderly,
- preventing cruelty to animals,
- promotion of health,
- the preservation of antiquities and historic sites, and
- the protection of the environment.
We look forward to considering applications which meet the Foundation’s criteria.
The Launch of the Montserrat Foundation Inc. Website

After much hard work and dedication, we are pleased to announce the launch of our Website on 14th February 2018.

The website aims to provide visitors with general information about the work and objectives of the Montserrat Foundation Inc. The website is user friendly and accessible.
Under the News section, we will highlight recent grant recipients and donors to the Montserrat Foundation Inc., and outline the value received from the grant/donation.
We hope you find the website easy to access information on the Montserrat Foundation Inc.
We would also like to thank Grid MNI for designing, building and developing the website for the Montserrat Foundation Inc., and the Trustees Foundation who donated their time and resources to collectively contribute towards the website content.
